Well after having a weekend visit with my Brother I'm going to have to get back on track. I definitely ate way too much and I am paying for it as I don't feel especially wonderful. I had 3 pieces of french toast this morning and some corned-beef hash. My tummy was definitely not to happy with that choice. Oh well, I figure that this will probably be the last time, if not the last time, that I go out to breakfast prior to surgery. We went to an awesome Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai restaurant tonight to celebrate my brother's birthday - he's 45 :) I had beef tips w/ asparagus in a great sauce. It was absolute heaven. I then came home and had a piece of carrot cake that was way too big, but boy was it good. My tummy was a little off after all of that to, but it wasn't anything that I couldn't handle.
Since I am so energized after walking for a half an hour, I'm going to try to walk in the morning before I go to work. I can give it a shot, and if worse comes to worse I'll continue walking at night. I twisted my neck tonight moving to get in the car after dinner and it is still bothering me, hopefully I won't be in too much pain after the 4 hour trip home tomorrow.
I am getting back on track starting tomorrow with the doctor recommended diet as well as the exercise routine that I have for the rest of the week. I am going to a Quilt Show in Lancaster, PA this coming weekend, so I need to be good all week in case I can't follow the doctor recommend diet program while I am there. I am going with two really good friends that have been through the surgery that can help me if I get stuck. I am definitely going to take my walking gear as there is a fitness room at the hotel that we are staying at. That way I won't break my momentum.
I guess I really can't wait as I have really noticed how fat I really am during the past few weeks as I have been more observant of things that I can't or don't want to do. Hopefully the next 60 Days will pass quickly and will be uneventful, except for continuing to loose weight.
