And the First Month Goes By.....

Wow, its hard to believe that a whole month has gone by. I went into the office today to have my weight checked as well as a nasal swab testing for some bacteria that I can remember the name of. I lost a total of 3.8 pounds and I am thrilled. I wish it was more since I worked to hard to get here, but a loss is a loss no matter how much it is. I made a list today of my accomplishments for the first month and created a goal list for the second month:

Accomplishments:
** I don't drink soda any more and in place of it I drink 64+ oz. of water.
** I follow Dr. Graber's Diet Plan
** I started walking on the treadmill
** I LOST 3.8 Pounds!!

Goals:
** Walk 30 minutes on the treadmill 6 out of 7 days a week
** Stop using Motrin and replace it with Tylenol
** Learn to not drink before and after meals

My next appointment is at 9am on May 2nd, the same day as my Nutrition and Exercise Consultations. I'm on my way.....

Just as an update.... I just walked 1.25 miles in 30 minutes.
