Control... Will Power... Where are you?

Getting back on track is the hard part. After being out of town last weekend and the weekend before my eating habits go a little out of control. My will power is starting to take back over again. I can honestly say that I haven't even really thought about soda, so at least on that track I am doing great. I have to get back to the following:

Cheese Stick w/ 2 Crackers for Breakfast
Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones or Healthy Choice Entree for Lunch
Yoplait Light Thick N Creamy Yogurt for a Snack
Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones or Healthy Choice Entree for Dinner

I'm definitely going to get back on track. I have the entire weekend to get my butt back into gear to eat well and start exercising on a daily basis. I've been much more active than I was, but I need to be structured.
